Our Team

Chelsea VanEssen, LCSW
Co-Founder + Clinical Director

Chelsea (she/her) is a passionate social justice advocate, entrepreneur, and outdoor educator. Beginning her first anti-trafficking organization during her undergraduate studies, today she continues to fight alongside others for their healing and freedom as a Founder and the Clinical Director of Logos Healing Institute. Chelsea is clinically trained in multiple therapy modalities and practices with a clinical lens of trauma, interpersonal neurobiology, and attachment.

Cassidy Gallegos, LPCC
Clinical Trauma Therapist

Cassidy (she/her) describes herself as a dreamer, thinker, and lifelong learner. She received her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Boston College and began her career providing psychotherapy to collegiate student-athletes and later leading the mental health division of the Center for Student Wellness. Through her own journey and soul-seeking, Cassidy moved her life (and her dog, Bailey!) to Denver and joins the Logos team in creating a future where every person with trauma receives healing. She approaches her work collaboratively and inclusively, incorporating neuroscience, attachment, and somatic therapies to guide her holistic, trauma-informed work.

Audrey Wilson, LSW
Clinical Trauma Therapist & Nonprofit Support Specialist

Audrey (she/they) is a gentle, compassionate listener who believes in the power of a collaborative and holistic path to healing. She obtained her Masters in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver, and has worked in a variety of settings supporting families, college students, couples, and the queer community through both individual and group therapy. Audrey loves film and art, cooking (and eating!) delicious food, and finds her own healing amongst the trees and trails of Colorado's mountains. As a therapist, her approach is trauma-informed - incorporating elements of attachment, neurobiology, parts work, and experiential therapy.

Jessica Garbett, MS, LSW
Co-Founder + Director of Operations

Jessica (she/her) is an adventurer and passionate social justice advocate. She holds a Masters in Outdoor Adventure Sport Management and a Masters in Social Work. She has worked both domestically and abroad for over 9 years to bring healing to those struggling with diverse mental health challenges. Her life experience and heart for survivors of sexual violence drew her to become a Co-Founder of Logos Healing Institute and take on the role as Director of Operations.

Catie Cizek, MS, LPCC
Clinical Trauma Therapist

Catie (she/her) is a curious and avid learner, which melds into her therapy work. She is passionate about meeting people at their depths as they seek healing and restored well-being. She holds a Masters in Management and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has worked with a variety of populations in intensive and regular outpatient settings, providing group, individual and family therapy. Through these clinical experiences and connections to her community, she developed a heart for survivors of complex traumas. As a therapist at Logos Healing Institute, she approaches her clinical work through a trauma-informed, emotionally focused and attachment based lens.

No man should judge unless he asks himself in absolute honesty whether in a similar situation he might not have done the same.
