Hiring: Trauma Therapist & Nonprofit Support Team Member

Location: Denver, CO

Type: Hourly (25-35 hours/week after building case load)

Pay Range: $55,750 to $80,500

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and versatile Clinician & Nonprofit Support team member. This role is ideal for an unlicensed clinician (MSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, or equivalent) who is eager to gain experience and growth in trauma-informed therapy while also contributing to the broader nonprofit mission of Logos. This position includes weekly individual supervision and weekly group supervision, as well as monthly trainings to support professional growth. In addition to clinical work, this role involves administrative support, marketing, networking, and participation in fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate is a dynamic team player who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment, and who demonstrates self-initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Services (Primary role)

  • Provide individual and group therapy under supervision, utilizing experiential and attachment-based modalities.

  • Maintain accurate and ethical clinical documentation.

  • Engage in ongoing training and supervision to enhance clinical skills in working with complex trauma.

Nonprofit Administration & Marketing (support role)

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including program coordination and data management.

  • Support marketing efforts by creating content, sharing client success stories (with consent), and promoting organizational initiatives.

Networking & Fundraising (support role)

  • Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns, including donor outreach and grant writing.

  • Build relationships with stakeholders, donors, and partners to expand the reach and sustainability of our mission.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

  • Pre-licensure status (MSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A, or equivalent) with eligibility for supervision.

  • Interest in trauma, attachment, and experiential therapy approaches.

  • Strong administrative skills and time management.

  • Experience or interest in marketing, networking, and fundraising in a nonprofit setting.

  • Passion for social justice, community engagement, and innovative healing approaches.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced and low structure environment.
